Wireframe of Homepage

Mapped out a wireframe for our possible homepage. Was thinking that maybe just having not too much information on the homepage with visuals would be enough. Because I found on the lux site there seemed to be a lot to scroll through.

For the sponcer and the supporter logos, I thought that maybe we could put them into the about us page.

a possibility of added a lot of visuals on the homepage to draw people in.

-limiting the amount of imagery so that people will also read the text.

-Incorporating date into the picture- Since in the original lux site sometimes people don't see where the date of the event is.

-Not sure about whether we want a video or image on the front page. but if we did we could just added 3 images below the introduction to lux.

added three buttons:

-download the map

-be involved- sign up form

-Join the Conversation- the social media

-Thought of maybe putting the social media feed on the front page as well so people can see it right away instead of having to click to go somewhere else.

-added a countdown till the event and moved the date of event section down.

-added social media buttons and languages option.

-thought of maybe showing a visual map on the front page with a video or image.

-was thinking of maybe having more white space between each element though because it looks a bit cramped in the plan.
