About Us Page
The about us page may need little snippets from the other pages just so the user gets a feel that there is more to look for.
Map Page
Adding the schedule along with the map seems to tie in because it will definitely provide the information for the user on one page. Both will be downloadable and of course they will be inverses so the user can save their ink.
The map also has another purpose and becomes interactive. When you roll over a dotted location a screen will pop up on the side displaying the artist profile and their work.
Lightworks Page
This is a first concept of the light works page. It seems to cluttered and not sorted out clearly according to location or artist. These artist profiles would've led to another page that was about that particular artist and their work.
This was the next step up from the previous wireframe. It would be split up by the three locations and to the right would be a slideshow for each category. It would lead off to another page like below:
This page would be categorised according to the artists. This area is similar to how the lux website sorts out their light works. By clicking one of the artist profiles it would go onto another page.
This page would have the overall image and information about the work and the artist. We would also add a snapshot of their location and a link to view the schedule.
This is another concept after clicking from the three location template page. It would have one main frame but smaller thumbnails for the user to click through. Underneath the artist profile and installation info would appear. It kind of seems less clustered that way but we will discuss further into this tomorrow.
Social Page
The social page is based more on the people's use of social media and interaction with the event. Images from instagram/twitter/facebook would be live on this page along with an icon of that particular social media network. On the right is a place for users on the site to leave feedback/comments.
This is another concept for the social page. Also another though is to call it an 'experiences' page which interweaves with our memorable word. This concept is more based on the users of the actual website rather than social media. Along the right side you would be able to see tweets from twitter.
